A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Your questions.
Straight answers.
We’re still building. Here’s what we can share today.
What is BIGBRANDS Dropshipping?
A local dropshipping service in development, designed to connect South African online sellers with local suppliers and coordinate fulfilment and delivery. This page is a waitlist for updates; the dropshipping service has not launched.
Do I need to hold inventory?
You won't need to buy or store inventory upfront. You will need to pay for individual fulfilment orders, including the applicable product, delivery and service costs. Product availability will depend on supplier stock.
Can I use Shopify or WooCommerce?
Shopify and WooCommerce integrations are planned, alongside custom store connections through the BIGBRANDS API. These integrations are not operational yet. Supported features and availability will be announced before launch.
Who handles delivery?
BIGBRANDS plans to coordinate collection from suppliers and delivery through courier partners. Delivery coverage, timeframes, costs and returns processes will be announced before launch.
How do supplier payments work?
The planned flow is for you to submit and pay for fulfilment orders through BIGBRANDS after receiving a customer order. Payment methods, supplier settlement and any fees will be explained before launch.
How much will BIGBRANDS cost?
Joining the waitlist is free. The BIGBRANDS Dropshipping subscription will be R150. Product costs, delivery pricing and any other service fees will be shared before launch, so you can assess the full costs before committing.
When will the platform launch?
BIGBRANDS Dropshipping launches on 25 November 2026. Join the waitlist for progress updates and notification when access opens. Signing up does not guarantee priority access.
